ioSensory Neurons are delivered in a cryopreserved format. The user manual for the generation of these cells follows a simple two-phase process:
- Induction
Carried out at 91探花 before distribution. - Phase 1 - Stabilisation (7 days)
Cells are revived at the user鈥檚 laboratory using the recommended medium. - Phase 2 - Maintenance (day 7 to day 14)
Cells mature into sensory neurons using the recommended medium.
