ioGABAergic Neurons are delivered in a cryopreserved format. The user manual for the generation of these cells follows a simple two-phase process:
Induction
Carried out at 91探花 before distribution.
Phase 1 - Stabilisation (3 days)
Cells are revived at the user鈥檚 laboratory using the recommended medium.
Phase 2 - Maintenance (day 3 to day 12)
Cells mature into GABAergic neurons using the recommended medium.
