Human iPSC-derived microglia expressing Cas9 and dCas9 for CRISPR knockout, activation or interference.

CRISPR-Ready ioMicroglia rapidly mature into functional microglia after revival in the recommended medium. These cells constitutively express Cas9 or dCas9 nucleases, allowing users to perform single-gene knockouts, gene activation or gene intereference, pooled or arrayed CRISPR screens.
